Dr. Jeff Moreno
Dr. Moreno received his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo in 1999. In 2003, he received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Southern California.
Dr. Moreno became a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in 2006. He is formally trained and heavily influenced by Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization and other movement-based approaches.
He is passionate about athletic movement and has treated amateur, collegiate, Olympic and professional-level athletes recovering from injuries. Jeff has extensive training in assessment and rehabilitation of orthopedic injuries, specializing in the needs of runners.
In 2005, Dr. Moreno became the team physical therapist for Nike Team Run Los Angeles, a post-collegiate professional running team. Jeff has trained U.S., Canadian, and Chinese track and field champions as well as Olympic and World Championship medalists.
Dr. Moreno is currently lecturing nationally and internationally and is affiliated with Precision Physical Therapy and Fitness where he is the director of Precision Sports Performance Running in Santa Cruz, California.

Movement Ambassadors are a small band of worldwide expert practitioners comprised of coaches, physical therapists, physicians, educators and athletes that fully understand the importance and ramifications of proper motor development and how it relates to physical, cognitive, and social wellbeing in youth. The Kinein Project's ambassadors serve as catalysts for the youth physical literacy movement.
